Ordering
What does Tafel Taal offer?
Wedding websites and matching wedding stationery: invitations, table seating charts, name cards and menus. If you need something that isn’t on our list, use the Special requests option and tell us what you have in mind.
How do I order or request a quote?
Click Request this template on any template page, or Get a quote on our home page, fill in your details and send. You can also email studio@meerkatmango.co.za or call 079 889 0700.
What information do I need to send you?
Each template page lists exactly what we need for that design. In general: your names, wedding date, venue and times, dress code, RSVP deadline, the WhatsApp number RSVPs should go to, your photos, and any extra details such as accommodation, gift registry or FAQs for your guests.
Wedding websites
What is the difference between the Signature and Bespoke website?
The Signature website (R1 000) uses a pre-selected template from our gallery and includes hosting for up to 6 months, a save-the-date image, an RSVP form with WhatsApp integration, a countdown timer, a map pin, a guest info section and 2 rounds of revision.
The Bespoke website (R1 800) is a custom template and includes hosting for up to 12 months, everything in the Signature package, map pin & accommodation direction buttons, an About us section, extra pages (gallery, FAQ, gift registry) and 3 rounds of revision.
How long does it take to receive my website?
You’ll receive your website within a week once we have all of your information and photos.
How long will my website stay online?
Signature websites are hosted for up to 6 months and Bespoke websites for up to 12 months.
How do my guests RSVP?
Every website has an RSVP form with WhatsApp integration, so your guests’ replies come straight to your WhatsApp.
Can I make changes after I see my website?
Yes. The Signature website includes 2 rounds of revision and the Bespoke website includes 3 rounds.
Can I view the templates before I choose?
Yes. Every template in our gallery has its own page – click See template on the home page to view it.
Stationery
What stationery do you offer and what sizes are they?
Invitations – A6 card stock (105 mm × 148 mm)
Table seating – A2 Correx (420 mm × 594 mm)
Name cards – business card size (90 mm × 50 mm)
Menus – DL card stock (99 mm × 210 mm)
How much does stationery cost?
Invitations R35 each, table seating R295, name cards R5 each and menus R35 each. Design, printing and delivery are included in all of these prices.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Invitations have a minimum order of 30, and name cards and menus a minimum order of 50. Smaller orders are welcome but will carry a delivery fee. Table seating has no minimum.
Can my stationery match my wedding website?
Yes – our stationery is designed to match your website, so everything carries the same look, names and details.
Can I ask for something that isn’t listed?
Of course. Choose Special requests in the quote form and tell us what you need.
